These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Fazogirapps ("we", "our", "us") governing your use of the LeafScout mobile application and any related services (together, the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
LeafScout lets you photograph a plant and receive an automated identification produced by a third-party artificial intelligence model, together with general care suggestions. It also offers an "AI Doctor" feature that comments on the apparent health of a plant from a photograph, a personal list of saved plants, and local watering reminders.
Identification, toxicity indications, health assessments, and care advice in this App are generated automatically and are provided for general informational purposes only. They are estimates. They are frequently imprecise and can be entirely incorrect, including for plants that look similar to one another.
Do not use the App to decide whether any plant, seed, berry, mushroom, leaf, or other material is safe to touch, handle, eat, drink, brew, apply to skin, burn, or keep within reach of children or animals.
The App is not:
In an emergency — if a person or animal may have ingested or reacted to a plant — contact your local emergency number, a poison control centre, or a veterinarian immediately. Do not spend time consulting this App.
Before acting on anything the App tells you, confirm it with a qualified professional or an authoritative reference. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about plants, and you accept the risk of relying on automated output.
We do not warrant that an identification will be correct, that a health assessment will be accurate, that care suggestions will suit your specific plant, climate, soil, or conditions, or that following them will keep a plant alive. Plants die for many reasons outside the App's knowledge.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) to use the App. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.

Without a subscription you may perform a limited number of AI scans per calendar day (UTC). The limit is counted on our servers and resets at midnight UTC. Separately, you may run one AI Doctor check per calendar day (UTC); it shows the diagnosis, while causes, step-by-step treatment and prevention tips are part of Pro. We may change these limits.
LeafScout Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Current prices, billing periods, and any free trial are shown in the App before you confirm, in your local currency as supplied by the app store.
Pro raises your allowance to 100 AI scans per calendar day (UTC), counted on our servers; AI Doctor checks count towards the same allowance and show the full treatment plan. The cap protects the service from automated abuse; if you reach it, scanning pauses until midnight UTC. We will not lower it below what normal personal use requires.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your in-app account does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the stated price. Where a store's rules require it, any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are governed by their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases. Statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected.
The App does not require registration. By default your data is tied to an anonymous identifier stored on your device. If you delete the App, reset or lose the device, or the identifier is otherwise lost, your saved plants and their photos cannot be recovered, transferred, or restored, and we cannot re-associate them with you.
You may optionally sign in with Google or, on iPhone, Apple (Settings → Back up & restore) to back up your collection and restore it on another device. The backup covers your saved plants and their photos; AI Doctor check history stays on the device. Signing in to the same Google or Apple account on another phone that already has plants adds those plants to the backup. You are responsible for keeping access to the Google or Apple account you use. The backup is provided as a convenience; keep your own copies of anything important to you.
The App relies on services operated by others, including Google (Firebase and the Gemini AI model), RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play. Your use of the App is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or changes to their services, which may affect or interrupt features of the App.
The App, its name, logo, design, and code are owned by Fazogirapps and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the licence in section 6.
You keep ownership of the photographs and notes you create. You grant us a limited licence to process and store them solely to operate the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fazogirapps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of plants, property damage, personal injury, illness, or loss of profits, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any reliance on an identification, toxicity indication, health assessment, or care suggestion produced by it.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Consumers keep all mandatory statutory rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fazogirapps from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or content you submit through it.
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time; use Settings → Delete Account first if you also want your cloud data erased. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections 3, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 16 survive termination.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date above always reflects the current version, and we will give notice in the App for material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and to bring proceedings in its courts, that right is unaffected by this section.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following applies and prevails over any conflicting provision above:
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the App. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
